Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion, subject to normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers defects resulting from our work but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Modifications by others
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
Material Warranties
Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims as appropriate.
Liability and Insurance

- We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked
- Client property will be treated with care, but we are not liable for incidental damage to landscaping or surfaces necessarily affected by the work
Permitting and Inspections

- The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits
- We will cooperate with inspection processes
- Additional charges may apply if work must be modified to pass inspection due to code changes or inspector requirements
Cancellation and Changes
Project Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- You will be charged for work completed and materials purchased
Change Orders
All changes to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order and may affect project timeline and cost.
Scheduling and Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timeframes. However, we are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Client-requested changes
- Unforeseen site conditions
- Permit or inspection delays
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- The parties will first attempt to resolve through direct communication
- If unresolved, mediation may be pursued
- Legal action may be taken as a last resort
Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT IN QUESTION.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
