Engineering & Planning
Before construction, we obtained all necessary permits and engineered the deck to handle a 5-person hot tub on the upper level. Proper load calculations ensured safety and longevity.
Weather Considerations
We used composite decking that won’t rot, splinter, or require annual staining. The material is backed by a 25-year warranty and maintains its appearance with simple soap and water cleaning.
Special Features
The integrated LED lighting creates beautiful ambiance for evening entertaining and provides safety lighting for stairs. The built-in benches eliminate the need for outdoor furniture on part of the deck, maximizing usable space.
Client Review
“Our deck has become our favorite part of our home. We spend every evening out here during warm weather. The quality is outstanding and it looks brand new years later.” — David and Lisa C.
Outcome
This deck extended the family’s living space significantly and increased their home value. The low-maintenance materials mean they spend time enjoying the deck rather than maintaining it.
